Our kaupapa

You can support in three ways

Choosing to donate to our purpose

This helps us do what we do! This helps us to deliver educational workshops nationwide, public talks, subsidise Wā Cups for students in need and change this bloody discourse around periods across all genders for the better.
We give people the tools to know, understand and love their bodies and the land.

Choosing to donate Wā Cups

Every NZD$25 donated gets a Wā Cup in a cotton bag to an ovulator who needs one.

This donation will directly positively impact a person's life, allowing them to live period stress free for up to 10 years - being able to participate in life fully and connected. This is huge.

Our premium quality cups only flow out through our independent Women's Health Collectives throughout Aotearoa and to Hapai Te Hauora, ensuring they are given with aroha and education to those who will benefit, no questions asked.
